Terms of Use

In simple words

WordGrove is free to play. We show ads to pay for it.
Coins are earned inside the game. You cannot buy them with real money, and they are not real money.
Your leaderboard name is generated for you (like QuietOwl_412). You can reroll it, but you never type it.
Don't cheat, don't try to break the game, don't copy our content.
We can't promise the game will never have bugs or downtime, and there is a limit to what we can be held responsible for.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the developer of WordGrove (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or playing WordGrove, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

        These Terms are an agreement between you and us only. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the App or its content, even though you downloaded the App from their stores. See §13 for the specific terms that apply to each store.
      

1. Who we are

WordGrove is developed and operated by Mahir Can Apaydın, an independent developer (sole proprietor) based in Türkiye.

Full trader contact details (registered address and phone number) are published on the App's product page in the App Store and Google Play, as required by Article 30 of the EU Digital Services Act.

2. Who can play

WordGrove is a word puzzle game with vocabulary learning, intended for a general audience. There is no minimum age to play, but:

If you are not old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
When you first open the App we ask for your birth year on a neutral screen. Your answer never leaves your device, and it decides how the App behaves — see the Privacy Policy, §11.
If your answer indicates you are under 13, optional usage analytics is permanently disabled for you and ads are shown in child-directed mode.

3. Your licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use WordGrove on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment and learning. This licence lasts as long as you comply with these Terms.

Where the App was obtained from the Apple App Store, this licence is further limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Your account and cloud backup

You can play WordGrove entirely offline, without an account. Everything is stored on your own device.

Two optional features involve our servers:

Daily Challenge leaderboard	An anonymous, randomly generated identity plus an automatically generated display name (§5)
Progress backup	Linking a Google or Apple account (Profile → Progress Backup)

You are responsible for keeping access to any account you link. Because we do not use passwords, losing access to your Google or Apple account means losing access to your backup — we cannot restore it for you by other means.

Leaving or deleting: you can do both from inside the App.

Leave the leaderboard (anyone): Profile → Privacy → switch Leaderboard off. New scores stop being sent and your existing entry is deleted. If you linked an account, your cloud backup is not affected.
Delete your account (linked accounts): Profile → Progress Backup → Delete account. This removes the account, the cloud backup, and the leaderboard entry together.

Either way, progress stored on your own device is not affected. If you no longer have the App installed, see the account deletion page for a web-based route.

5. Your leaderboard name

If you play the Daily Challenge, WordGrove gives you a name for the leaderboard — for example QuietOwl_412. You do not type this name. The App builds it from a fixed word list we maintain, and you can press "new name" as often as you like until you get one you like.

        This is deliberate. A name you typed yourself would be content published to every other player, which would mean we had to filter and police it. Generating names from our own list means nothing offensive can reach the leaderboard in the first place — and you never have to think about it.
      

WordGrove has no chat, no messaging, and no way to upload text, photos, or files. Apart from your score and the generated name, there is nothing you can publish to other players.

What we can do: if the leaderboard is used in a way that breaks these Terms — for example manipulating scores or rankings — we may reset the name and may suspend or permanently block the account behind it from submitting scores. If we do that and we have a way to reach you, we will tell you what we did and why; if you think we got it wrong, write to us at the address in §1 and we will look again.

The name on your Profile screen is a different thing: that one you do choose, it stays on your device, only you see it, and we never publish it or send it to our servers.

6. Coins and in-app purchases

WordGrove uses an in-game currency called coins. As of the date at the top of this page:

Coins cannot be bought with real money. You earn them by completing levels, finishing quests, opening reward chests, and choosing to watch rewarded ads. The App does not currently offer any purchase.
Coins have no monetary value. They are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the App, cannot be transferred to another player, and cannot be sold or traded.
Coins exist only inside your copy of WordGrove. If you uninstall the App without a cloud backup, or delete your account, any coins are gone.
We may adjust how many coins actions award or cost, in order to keep the game balanced.

        If we introduce purchases in the future, they will be sold exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase or Google Play's billing system, prices and contents will be shown to you before you buy, and we will update these Terms — including the information EU and Turkish consumer law requires about the right of withdrawal for digital content — before the first purchase is possible. Refund requests for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
      

7. Advertising

WordGrove is free and is funded by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. We only ever request non-personalized ads, and we do not use an advertising identifier to target you. Some ads are optional and rewarded — you choose to watch them in exchange for coins.

We do not control the content of individual ads. If you see an ad that appears illegal or seriously inappropriate, tell us at the address in §1 and we will report it to the ad network. How ad data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, §2.4.

8. What you must not do

When using WordGrove, you must not:

cheat, use bots, scripts, modified clients, or memory editors, or otherwise manipulate scores, coins, or leaderboard rankings
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent this cannot be prohibited by law
copy, extract, redistribute, or republish our puzzle content, word data, translations, artwork, or code
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, or interfere with them or with other players' use of the App
use the App in violation of any applicable law, or in any country subject to a relevant export embargo

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Our content and yours

The App — including its source code, design, illustrations, mascot, puzzle levels, dictionary and vocabulary data, translations, and the WordGrove name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you beyond the licence in §3.

The leaderboard name assigned to you (§5) is generated from our own word list, so you are not giving us any content of yours by using it.

If you believe something in WordGrove infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at the address in §1 with enough detail to identify the material and your claim. We are solely responsible for investigating and resolving any such claim; Apple has no responsibility for it.

10. Support, updates, and availability

We are solely responsible for any maintenance and support for the App. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services for WordGrove. For any help, write to us at the email address in §1.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue online features (such as the leaderboard or cloud backup) at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown of an online feature where we can, but we cannot guarantee any feature will remain available. Offline play does not depend on our servers.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, or that progress, coins, or leaderboard entries will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of game progress, coins, or data.

This limitation does not apply to liability for our intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. Under Turkish law (Turkish Code of Obligations art. 115), an agreement made in advance to exclude liability for gross negligence is void, and nothing in these Terms attempts that.

        If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights under the law of your country of residence that these Terms do not affect. Nothing here takes those rights away.
      

You agree to be responsible for any loss we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the App, to the extent the law makes you responsible for it.

12. Ending these Terms

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the App from your device. Your licence under §3 ends automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms; if it does, you must stop using the App and delete it.

We may suspend or terminate your access to online features (leaderboard, cloud backup) if you break these Terms, particularly the community rules in §5.

13. App Store and Google Play

13.1 If you downloaded WordGrove from the Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for the App and its content.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you (WordGrove is free, so this amount is zero). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
We, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that the App infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13.2 If you downloaded WordGrove from Google Play

Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms — for example when we add a feature, or when a store or a law requires it. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and for material changes we will make the change visible in the App. Continuing to use WordGrove after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the App and delete it.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

        Bu Şartlar yalnızca sizinle bizim aramızdadır. Uygulamayı mağazalarından indirmiş olsanız da Apple ve Google bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir ve Uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. Her mağazaya özgü hükümler için bkz. §13.

WordGrove, Türkiye merkezli bağımsız bir geliştirici (şahıs işletmesi) olan Mahir Can Apaydın tarafından geliştirilir ve işletilir.

2. Kimler oynayabilir

WordGrove, kelime öğrenme öğesi taşıyan, genel kitleye yönelik bir bulmaca oyunudur. Oynamak için asgari yaş sınırı yoktur, ancak:

Yaşadığınız yerde bağlayıcı sözleşme yapma ehliyetiniz yoksa Uygulamayı yalnızca, bu Şartları sizin adınıza kabul eden bir ebeveyn veya vasinin katılımıyla kullanabilirsiniz.
Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda nötr bir ekranda doğum yılınızı sorarız. Yanıtınız cihazınızdan asla çıkmaz ve Uygulamanın nasıl davranacağını belirler — bkz. Gizlilik Politikası, §11.
Yanıtınız 13 yaşından küçük olduğunuzu gösteriyorsa isteğe bağlı kullanım analitiği sizin için kalıcı olarak kapatılır ve reklamlar çocuğa-yönelik modda gösterilir.

3. Size verdiğimiz kullanım lisansı

Size, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlara WordGrove'u kurup kullanmanız için kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Bu lisans kendi eğlenceniz ve öğrenmeniz içindir, ticari kullanımı kapsamaz ve bu Şartlara uyduğunuz sürece geçerlidir.

Uygulama Apple App Store'dan edinildiyse bu lisans ayrıca, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı ürünlerle ve Apple Medya Hizmetleri Hüküm ve Koşullarındaki Kullanım Kurallarının izin verdiği ölçüyle sınırlıdır.

4. Hesabınız ve bulut yedeği

WordGrove'u hesap açmadan, tamamen çevrimdışı oynayabilirsiniz. Her şey kendi cihazınızda saklanır.

Sunucularımızı yalnızca iki isteğe bağlı özellik kullanır:

Bağladığınız hesaba erişiminizi korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Şifre kullanmadığımız için Google veya Apple hesabınıza erişimi kaybetmek yedeğinize erişimi de kaybetmek demektir — bunu başka bir yolla geri getiremeyiz.

Çıkmak veya silmek: İkisini de Uygulama içinden yapabilirsiniz.

Liderlik tablosundan çıkmak (herkes): Profil → Gizlilik → Liderlik tablosu anahtarını kapatın. Yeni skor gönderimi durur ve mevcut kaydınız silinir. Hesap bağladıysanız bulut yedeğiniz etkilenmez.
Hesabı silmek (bağlı hesaplar): Profil → İlerleme Yedeği → Hesabı sil. Bu; hesabı, bulut yedeğini ve liderlik tablosu kaydını birlikte kaldırır.

Her iki durumda da kendi cihazınızdaki ilerleme etkilenmez. Uygulama artık yüklü değilse web tabanlı yol için hesap silme sayfasına bakın.

5. Liderlik tablosundaki adınız

Günlük Challenge oynarsanız, WordGrove liderlik tablosu için size bir ad verir — örneğin QuietOwl_412. Bu adı siz yazmazsınız. Uygulama, bizim tuttuğumuz sabit bir kelime listesinden oluşturur; beğendiğiniz bir ad çıkana kadar istediğiniz kadar "yeni ad"a basabilirsiniz.

        Bu bilinçli bir tercihtir. Kendi yazacağınız bir ad, diğer bütün oyunculara yayımlanan bir içerik olurdu; bu da onu süzmemizi ve denetlememizi gerektirirdi. Adları kendi listemizden üretmek, rahatsız edici hiçbir şeyin liderlik tablosuna en baştan ulaşamaması demektir — ve siz bunu hiç düşünmek zorunda kalmazsınız.
      

WordGrove'da sohbet, mesajlaşma ya da metin, fotoğraf veya dosya yükleme imkânı yoktur. Skorunuz ve üretilen ad dışında diğer oyunculara yayımlayabileceğiniz hiçbir şey yoktur.

Yapabileceklerimiz: Liderlik tablosu bu Şartları ihlal edecek şekilde kullanılırsa — örneğin skorların veya sıralamanın manipüle edilmesi — adı sıfırlayabilir, arkasındaki hesabın skor göndermesini geçici ya da kalıcı olarak engelleyebiliriz. Böyle bir işlem uygularsak ve size ulaşabileceğimiz bir yol varsa, ne yaptığımızı ve nedenini bildiririz; yanlış yaptığımızı düşünüyorsanız §1'deki adresten yazın, kararı yeniden değerlendirelim.

Profil ekranınızdaki isim ayrı bir şeydir: onu siz seçersiniz, cihazınızda kalır, yalnızca siz görürsünüz; onu hiçbir zaman yayımlamayız ve sunucularımıza göndermeyiz.

6. Coin ve uygulama içi satın almalar

WordGrove'da coin adında bir oyun içi para birimi vardır. Bu sayfanın başındaki tarih itibarıyla:

Coin gerçek parayla satın alınamaz. Coin'i level tamamlayarak, görevleri bitirerek, ödül sandığı açarak ve dilerseniz ödüllü reklam izleyerek kazanırsınız. Uygulama şu anda hiçbir satın alma sunmamaktadır.
Coin'in parasal değeri yoktur. Mülkiyetiniz değildir; paraya veya Uygulama dışında herhangi bir şeye çevrilemez, başka bir oyuncuya devredilemez, satılamaz veya takas edilemez.
Coin yalnızca sizin WordGrove kopyanızın içinde vardır. Bulut yedeği olmadan Uygulamayı kaldırırsanız veya hesabınızı silerseniz coin'leriniz kaybolur.
Oyun dengesini korumak için hangi eylemin ne kadar coin kazandırdığını veya harcattığını değiştirebiliriz.

        İleride satın alma sunarsak, bunlar yalnızca Apple Uygulama İçi Satın Alma veya Google Play ödeme sistemi üzerinden satılacak, fiyat ve içerik satın almadan önce size gösterilecek ve ilk satın alma mümkün olmadan önce bu Şartları güncelleyeceğiz — AB ve Türk tüketici mevzuatının dijital içerikte cayma hakkına ilişkin aradığı bilgilendirme dahil. Mağaza üzerinden yapılan satın almalarda iade talepleri bizim değil, Apple veya Google'ın sürecidir.
      

7. Reklamlar

WordGrove ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob üzerinden gösterilen reklamlarla finanse edilir. Yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam talep ediyoruz ve sizi hedeflemek için reklam kimliği kullanmıyoruz. Bazı reklamlar isteğe bağlı ve ödüllüdür — coin karşılığında izlemeyi siz seçersiniz.

Tek tek reklamların içeriğini biz belirlemiyoruz. Yasa dışı ya da ciddi biçimde uygunsuz görünen bir reklam görürseniz §1'deki adresten bize bildirin, reklam ağına iletelim. Reklam verisinin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası §2.4'te anlatılır.

8. Yapmamanız gerekenler

WordGrove'u kullanırken şunları yapamazsınız:

hile yapmak; bot, betik, değiştirilmiş istemci veya bellek düzenleyici kullanmak; skorları, coin'leri veya liderlik sıralamasını başka bir yolla manipüle etmek
kanunen yasaklanamayacak haller dışında Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek, kaynak koda dönüştürmek veya parçalarına ayırmak
bulmaca içeriğimizi, kelime verimizi, çevirilerimizi, görsellerimizi veya kodumuzu kopyalamak, ayıklamak, yeniden dağıtmak veya yeniden yayımlamak
sunucularımıza yetkisiz erişmeye çalışmak; sunucularımıza veya diğer oyuncuların Uygulamayı kullanmasına müdahale etmek
Uygulamayı yürürlükteki herhangi bir kanuna aykırı şekilde veya ilgili bir ihracat ambargosu uygulanan bir ülkede kullanmak

ABD Hükümeti ambargosu uygulanan ya da "terörizmi destekleyen" olarak tanımlanan bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD Hükümeti'nin yasaklı veya kısıtlı taraflar listelerinin hiçbirinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.

9. Bizim içeriğimiz ve sizinki

Uygulama — kaynak kodu, tasarımı, illüstrasyonları, maskotu, bulmaca level'ları, sözlük ve kelime verisi, çevirileri ve WordGrove adı dahil — bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer kanunlarla korunur. Bu Şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, §3'teki lisansın ötesinde bu hakları size devretmez.

Size verilen liderlik adı (§5) kendi kelime listemizden üretilir; dolayısıyla onu kullanmakla bize size ait bir içerik vermiş olmazsınız.

WordGrove'daki bir unsurun fikri mülkiyet haklarınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, materyali ve iddianızı tanımlamaya yetecek ayrıntıyla §1'deki adresten bize ulaşın. Böyle bir iddianın araştırılması ve çözülmesinden yalnızca biz sorumluyuz; Apple'ın bu konuda hiçbir sorumluluğu yoktur.

10. Destek, güncellemeler ve erişilebilirlik

Uygulamanın bakım ve desteğinden yalnızca biz sorumluyuz. Apple ve Google'ın WordGrove için bakım veya destek hizmeti sunma yükümlülüğü hiçbir şekilde yoktur. Her türlü yardım için §1'deki e-posta adresinden bize yazın.

Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz; çevrimiçi özellikleri (liderlik tablosu, bulut yedeği gibi) her zaman durdurabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Bir çevrimiçi özelliğin kalıcı olarak kapatılmasını mümkün olduğunca makul bir süre önceden duyurmaya çalışırız, ancak hiçbir özelliğin erişilebilir kalacağını garanti edemeyiz. Çevrimdışı oynanış sunucularımıza bağlı değildir.

11. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluğun sınırı

Uygulama, kanunun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya arızasız çalışacağını; ilerlemenin, coin'lerin ya da liderlik kayıtlarının hiçbir zaman kaybolmayacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz.

Kanunun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde; dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan ve oyun ilerlemesi, coin veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz.

Bu sınırlama, kastımızdan veya ağır kusurumuzdan doğan sorumluluğa, ihmalimizden kaynaklanan ölüm veya bedeni zarara, hileye ya da size uygulanan hukuk uyarınca sınırlandırılamayacak diğer hallere uygulanmaz. Türk hukukunda ağır kusurdan sorumlu olunmayacağına ilişkin önceden yapılan anlaşma kesin olarak hükümsüzdür (TBK m. 115) ve bu Şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm bunu denemez.

        Tüketici iseniz, yerleşik olduğunuz ülkenin hukukundan doğan ve bu Şartların etkilemediği kanuni haklarınız vardır. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm o hakları elinizden almaz.
      

Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz veya Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı kullanmanız nedeniyle uğradığımız zararlardan, kanunun sizi sorumlu tuttuğu ölçüde sorumlu olmayı kabul edersiniz.

12. Şartların sona ermesi

Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silerek bu sözleşmeyi istediğiniz zaman sona erdirebilirsiniz. Bu Şartlara uymamanız hâlinde §3'teki lisansınız kendiliğinden sona erer; bu durumda Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmalı ve silmelisiniz.

Bu Şartları, özellikle §5'teki topluluk kurallarını ihlal etmeniz hâlinde çevrimiçi özelliklere (liderlik tablosu, bulut yedeği) erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

13. App Store ve Google Play

13.1 WordGrove'u Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz

Bu Şartlar yalnızca sizinle bizim aramızdadır, Apple ile değil. Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden Apple değil, yalnızca biz sorumluyuz.
Apple'ın Uygulama için bakım veya destek hizmeti sunma yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Uygulama yürürlükteki herhangi bir garantiye uygun değilse Apple'a bildirimde bulunabilirsiniz; Apple, Uygulamanın satın alma bedelini size iade eder (WordGrove ücretsizdir, dolayısıyla bu tutar sıfırdır). Kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Apple'ın Uygulamaya ilişkin başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Ürün sorumluluğu iddiaları, Uygulamanın yasal ya da düzenleyici bir gerekliliği karşılamadığı iddiaları ve tüketicinin korunmasına ilişkin mevzuattan doğan iddialar dahil olmak üzere Uygulamaya ilişkin taleplerin karşılanmasından Apple değil, biz sorumluyuz.
Uygulamanın üçüncü bir tarafın fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiğine ilişkin iddiaların araştırılması, savunulması, sulh edilmesi ve karşılanmasından Apple değil, biz sorumluyuz.
Uygulamayı kullanırken yürürlükteki üçüncü taraf sözleşme şartlarına uymakla yükümlüsünüz.
Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu Şartların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır; Şartları kabul etmenizle birlikte Apple, üçüncü taraf lehtar sıfatıyla bu Şartları size karşı icra etme hakkına sahiptir (ve bu hakkı kabul etmiş sayılır).

13.2 WordGrove'u Google Play'den indirdiyseniz

Uygulamayı kullanmanız ayrıca Google Play Hizmet Şartlarına tabidir. Google bu Şartların tarafı değildir ve Uygulamadan sorumlu değildir.

14. Bu Şartlardaki değişiklikler

Bu Şartları güncelleyebiliriz — örneğin bir özellik eklediğimizde ya da bir mağaza veya kanun bunu gerektirdiğinde. Yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleriz ve önemli değişiklikleri Uygulama içinde görünür kılarız. Bir değişiklikten sonra WordGrove'u kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellenmiş Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakın ve silin.

15. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Şartlar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici iseniz bu seçim, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici hükümlerinin size sağladığı korumadan sizi yoksun bırakmaz ve o ülkenin mahkemelerinde dava açabilirsiniz.
